4. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees to have the package mailed out a second time.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Mila is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
• If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors, your local mail carrier, or contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
