What are your shipping/processing times?

1. Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) before they are handed off to the shipping carrier.

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled and is on its way.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website. Mila is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees to have the package mailed out a second time.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Mila is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.

• If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors, your local mail carrier, or contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

6. International Shipping

We do ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.

• Customs, Duties, & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their destination country. Mila does not cover these costs.

What is your refund policy?

Thank you for shopping with us! all sales are FINAL. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all of our customers, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any of our items once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. While we do not accept standard returns, we will absolutely fix any errors on our end.
